Music and bottomless Bloody Mary cocktails at Cottons Hotel & Spa

Local artist Daisy Kate will be entertaining guests at Cottons Hotel & Spa, Knutsford, for an afternoon of food and drink, which will also raise money for charity.

The guitarist, pianist and singer is a regular performer in Manchester and Leeds.

On Sunday, July 7, she will be bringing her blend of acoustic guitar and vocals to Sunday Social, the monthly relaxed dining experience at the award-winning Cottons Hotel, on Manchester Road.

The kitchen, led by Executive Head Chef Adrian Sedden, will offer a varied menu choice that brings together some of the best of the region’s produce and ingredients – and on July 7 £1 from each course sold will be donated to Hospitality Action, a charity that offers assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis.

Priced at £16.95 for 1 course, £22.95 for 2 courses or £26.95 for 3 courses, guests can choose from a selection of starters, such as chicken liver parfait with onion and rhubarb chutney, brioche & rocket, or a section of antipasti from the “Taste Table” allowing diners to choose from an extensive selection of the freshest seafood, Italian cured meats and seasonal salads. Mains include slow roasted rump of Bowland beef or lemon and oregano roasted chicken breast. Desserts include a seasonal crumble.

A children’s buffet will also be served priced £9.95 for three courses.

Alongside the food offer, guests can enjoy bottomless Prosecco and Bloody Mary Cocktails for £15 per person for 2 hours.

Sunday Social at Cottons Hotel & Spa takes place from 1pm-8.30pm, with music until 4pm.
